Use the bar as an air guitar for to gain more XP!
Duel the bar in an not-so-epic battle so it can double..
Or train your bar so it becomes nice an healthy in a Pokemon montage.
Liquify it. (Seriously, is this a level one spell? You do realize what mayhem you can cause with it, right?)
pee on it
Eat it poop it out and it grows to LV5 in your tummy
jump on the bar and drag the exp to the end.
cast levitation on it so the expericence gos up and you get to level 10
incenerate the bar
INCINERATE!
cast “make full” on the bar i mean it must be starving to be so skinny
ignore it
Kill the bar just so a new full one can appear and lvl u YAY
touch it
Poke it and giggle
Throw a dead fairy at the exp bar
Use your megaman pew-pew glove and destroy walls to train.
snatch it and use it as a sword.
