If he is a hillbilly, then he must have a lot of pets, (cows, sheep, dogs, ect.). They won’t be able to survive without him, so put them out of their misery for experience.
Next
Congratulate Techy on his first kill.
Cast sexchange on the Hillbilly NPC and then ask about the undersheet exploring again, or if he’d rather give you an actual quest.

Kill the hillbilly, and then incinerate in the surrounding areas to burn that particular memory from your mind.
Try other places for sidequests after the Hillbilly is dead
Kill Hillbilly. Loot him. Or, more likely, K-O him and give him three scratches like a tiger’s claw.

on second thought when techy runs inside cast incinerate on the house and run to his mount
leave techy to his work, forget about sidequests go to the super awesome beach party and kick the killjoy off her unicorn so you can get there faster
