Escape through the window
Good thing that the rooms come with pre-made sheet-ropes. Hooray for you! Your plan is saving everybody, and you can’t help but stand still and smile as Techy eagerly awaits your decent. The zombies disagree and would be more than happy if you could wait a little bit longer.

Throw Techy down for a soft landing in case the sheet-ropes break/get chewed up by zombies
Cast petrify on the sheet-rope and go down on the pole like a fireman! (After casting incinerate on the room, of course…)
Let’s get out of the inn and head to the nearest church. The zombies can’t get us there!

Tie the rope around Techy’s neck and throw him out the window.
find Techy’s hat
look for zombies then if there are none below climb down/next
Vegitate the rope to make it stronger, THEN climb down.
Climb down the rope, abandoning your party.
After you give Ray his stone guitar first.
after everybody is out cast incinerate on the nearest flamable part of the inn to kill the zombies.
Ask Techy what happened to his goatee.

now is a good time for a NEXT.
Tie the rope around your gut and get lowered by the rope, and hang upside down duel wielding wands as you blow zombies up.
as you head to the rope you trip on the ledge you fall face first into the groung creating a crack that destroys the inn ( your team hardly get out in time)
Cast vegetate on the rope to make it stronger.
Show pride in having shaven Techy’s goatee, cast Vegetate on the rope, cast Petrify on the rope, then climb down the super-reinforced rope.

Go back in the front door grab the barkeep by the collar and order a Zombie

Use incinerate on the cloth tied improvised rope and used it as a fiery whip on the zombies. Then steal the loot off of their double dead corpses. After so, slap techy in the face with a glove and then quickly apologize.
Wonder where Techy’s facial hair went.
Techy is climping down the rope, unfortunately a squirrel is sitting on it and Techy got squirrelphobia
Cast vegitate on the door to buy jane some time and let’s all go down.
