cast vegitate on drakens mouth and use the viens to control dragon then crash into tower.

I think the lich turned itself into a dragon, thats why it fit in there before, and why it had to destroy the tower, anyway…

Cast amplify on someone until you run out of mana, drink a potion, reapeat twice.
You should be able to levitate the party back up with a full mana bar. (also, amplify Techy, the most useful party member as it seems.)
