Abuse the short delay while you still have infinite mana and cast both levitate and fire a barrage of incinerate at the dragon.
…..cast amplify to keep your current form… oh by the way 35 panels left

Use incinerate, on what’s left of the dragon, and cast amplifiy on the flames.
aim the dragon at the tower. you know two birds with one dragon
