Green Dragons have the chlorine gas breath attack.
If the potion is any bit volatile that I hope it to be; It’ll cause a massive explosion in the dragon’s gizzard.
Levitate the potion to yourself and consume it. Bottle and all.

Think of how slow this dragon is at killing people while using the potion.
Use your 20 points of int for something besides a paper weight and figure out how to use the potion. Then use it properly.
