Sneakily remove your belt, hold it in your hand, grab a throwing knife in the other hand, then quickly turn around and throw a knife to YOUR rigth side of his body, he will most likely evade it and move to the left, thats where you use your belt as a whip to grab his knife, obviously pointing to YOUR left side. Then dash near him with your blade in the other hand and use Blind, then move at his back and Backstab him.
