Be especially creeped out by the appearence of yet another strange bar while noting you did not gain EXP yet again, nor mana for that matter.

cut yourself with manadan to see if you turn into a ghost too
Help the souls depart for whatever afterlife they have.
Rake the souls.
Where is our mana?
examine the new bar.
use the blood to give yourself eyes again
work out what you need to do with those souls.
cash in your death points for a better rake.

Convince the remaining cultists that they have a scant few seconds to leave before you kill them all.
Cast Locust Swarm and Levitate on yourself for emphasis/theatrics.
(if possible, make the locusts come out of your empty eye sockets)

Demand explanations about your new bar, threaten the Gm if needed! You’re Death you can do anything!
turn your sword of Manadan into a rulebook so you can read about your new status bar.
Break 4th wall towards GM and demand all your lost EXP to be unlost and given to you immediatly.

Gain Exp from the cultists, do whatever Death is supposed to do to the souls, then use your Death powers with the energy in the purple bar.
