Create a new, more powerful weapon for yourself by combining a fish and your rapier.
Find it on a map.
Buy the people a clip-on tie, and let them benefit from a more formal looking king.

buy a mayority share of the fishing company and force the board to declare you the new CEO
Screw the rules you have money!
