What do you do?
Travel to Arkwheen, convince orcs of your evilness.
Practise your new moves.
Travel to Arkhween, avoiding anything good.
Kill all wild animals you see on the way to arkhween
Kill everything on your path to Ahkween. Saving a capital was worth to many good reputation points and you are probably neutral now at best.
Explain that it is the place for you as you are evil, you are not in denial
Ask him to explain himself.
Fire an arrow straight into the air, and go in the direction it lands.
Hookshot all the way to Arkhween.
have an EVIL travel montage to Arkhween.
Ignore him and test out your new hookshot. Archer away!
Instantly forget about going to Arkhween and instead get distracted by playing with your new hookshot.
